Using Cardex Nepal

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Cardex Nepal website, account access, and related Cardex Nepal services. By creating an account, signing in, browsing the website, or using Cardex Nepal, you agree to follow these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not create an account or continue to use the service.

Eligibility and use of service

You may use Cardex Nepal only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. You are responsible for making sure your use of the service is permitted in your location and professional context.

• Provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current.
• Use the service only for lawful, professional, educational, or personal study purposes.
• If you use Cardex Nepal on behalf of an institution or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs through your account. You should not share your password or let another person use your account as their own.

If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, you should change your credentials and contact Cardex Nepal through the official support channel as soon as possible.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use Cardex Nepal in a way that could harm other users, the service, or Cardex Nepal's rights.

• Do not attempt to bypass security, authentication, or access restrictions.
• Do not scrape, copy, reproduce, republish, or bulk-download content beyond permitted personal use.
• Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation or identity.
• Do not upload or transmit malicious code, harmful content, or unlawful material.
• Do not use the service in a way that disrupts the website, app, or connected services.

Premium access rules

Cardex Nepal currently presents one Premium plan at NPR 299 for one account. Premium access is personal to the account holder and only applies to the premium sections described on the website at the time of purchase or activation.

Premium access must not be shared, resold, sublicensed, transferred, or presented as group or institutional access unless Cardex Nepal expressly offers that arrangement in writing. If payment activation is added later, Premium access may be granted, continued, limited, or revoked based on confirmed payment status, misuse, fraud concerns, or account violations.

Content updates and changes

Cardex Nepal may revise, expand, remove, reorganize, or update website content, premium sections, educational material, and service features over time. Not all content will remain identical, available, or unchanged at all times.

Cardex Nepal may also update pricing, account features, policy pages, or service presentation as the business develops. Material changes will be reflected on the website or in updated policies where appropriate.

No unauthorized sharing or resale

Cardex Nepal content, branding, layout, and premium material are provided for authorized use only. Except where Cardex Nepal clearly permits otherwise in writing, you may not commercially exploit, resell, redistribute, license, or republish service content.

• Do not share Premium credentials or allow another person to use your account.
• Do not redistribute premium material as your own content or as a paid or unpaid package.
• Do not remove branding, ownership notices, or source references where they are provided.

Service availability

Cardex Nepal may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, technical issues, internet outages, Firebase or hosting interruptions, security reviews, or other operational reasons. Cardex Nepal does not promise uninterrupted, always-available, or error-free service.

You are responsible for using appropriate caution and backup judgment when relying on any digital service that may experience downtime or updates.

Suspension or termination

Cardex Nepal may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service if it reasonably believes you have violated these Terms, misused the service, created risk for Cardex Nepal or other users, or used the service in a fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful manner.

You may also stop using the service at any time. Some records may be retained as reasonably necessary for security, compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cardex Nepal provides the website, app, and related content on an "as available" and "as is" basis. Cardex Nepal does not accept liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-loss damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. Your use of the service remains subject to your own professional judgment, verification responsibilities, and legal obligations.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, these Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes relating to Cardex Nepal should, unless law requires another forum, be handled by the courts or authorities with appropriate jurisdiction in Nepal.

This section should be reviewed before public launch to confirm the final business structure, jurisdiction wording, and dispute process.
